Why is my computer typing in red and crossing out words?

I need quick help, I accidentally touched some sort of combination of buttons that is making any text I type in a very important document, in red underlined text. If i try to delete something it will just cross out the word with a line through it and turn it read. Help Please !
This is in Microsoft Word 2007 BTW

You have Track Changes turned on. Do this to turn it off:

1.Click the Review tab on the Ribbon.
2.In the Changes group, click the arrow under “Accept”.
3.Click Accept All Changes In Document.
4.In the Tracking group, the Track Changes icon should be selected. Click it to unselect it.

That should do it.
